Next Canada is a modelling agency that represents talent across multiple geographical locations. We take privacy seriously and take all measures to keep your information secure.

What Information Do We Collect?

Our systems host talent information provided to us by you (the talent) or your authorized representative (a talent representative). If you are a talent representative providing us personal information on a talent, you must obtain the talent’s consent before providing such information to us.

We collect certain personal information about you when you use our website, when we provide our services and when you interact with us. Some of this personal information is collected directly, such as when you contact us or register with us or subscribe to our publications, and some is collected indirectly, such as your browsing activity while on our website (see ‘Cookies’ below).

Information that may be collected includes, but is not limited to:

Information related to your identity, such as your name (real or alias), date of birth, full addresses and location(s) of residency, social handles, your status in Canada and your ID.
Your contact information, such as your email address and phone number, as well as your representatives’ contact information.

We may also collect your pictures, whether they are submitted by you, your talent representative or publicly available.

To manage talent, placements, bookings, including without limitation, travel and accommodations, wardrobe, fitness, comp cards, etc.,

To better understand our talents and clients’ needs, and to better develop our services,
